她有如一位美丽的天使,
拥有一颗慈祥的心;
呵护着我那弱小的心灵。
她有如一位英勇的武士,
拥有一双强劲的手;
保护着我那小小的身躯。
她有如一位出神入化的厨师,
拥有一双精巧的手;
烹饪出美味可口的佳肴。
她有如一根照亮黑夜的蜡烛,
拥有燃烧自我的精神;
让光芒与希望陪伴着我。
她是我最亲爱的人。
这首诗献给最亲爱的她。

Discovery of Christmas
Christmas is just around the corner.
Can you feel the joyful?
Different places will have different kind of celebration.
Let's see some of the places in Malaysia.
What they have done. :)

Discovery of Wassily Wassilyevich Kandinsky
Wassily
Wassilyevich Kandinsky’s painting: Abstract painting
Wassily
Wassilyevich Kandinsky was born on 16th December 1866 in Moscow. He
was an art theorist and Russian painter. His artworks were based on abstract concept
which gives freedom from nature that he admired in music. He used geometry,
landscape and texture to create his painting.
There
are a few researchers did research on his painting. Based on the researcher,
she stated that there are 2 ways to know the structure of Kandinsky’s painting
which are through lighting (ultra-violet light) and microscope. By using
microscope, we are able to see the painting surface, structure , outline of the
painting, position of two colors, different texture, painting hole, layer, rotation
of colors and the starting and ending point of the his painting.
Autumn
in Bavaria, Improvisation 7, Black Spot, Ravine Improvisation, Composition,
Black and violet, Contrasting Sounds and Yellow, Red, Blue were some of his
paintings.
After
did the research on Kandinsky and to practice the technique which taught by one
of my most respected lecturer, I would like to create my own painting based on
Kandinsky’s concept and theory.
Here
are some of the paintings which I did. From these artworks, I can see that I
still need to put more effort into it. I need to improve my painting skill.
This painting only consists of 3 primary color.
The elements which used is circle and line.

Discovery of Autodesk 3ds Max
Autodesk 3ds Max is widely used in designing field.
It is design software which integrated 3D modeling and animation. Most of the designers
such as graphics designers, interior designers, architects, engineers and
visualization specialist are using this software for design purpose. Autodesk
is founded by John Walker. Autodesk was originally named AutoCAD.
The latest version of Autodesk provide learning
tutorial to the user. It is more user-friendly to the user as it can let the
beginner to learn step by step. The tutorial shows all the functions of the
buttons. It is saving user’s time to try and error of the button. There are four planes in the Autodesk when the user
log in to it. The four planes are formed by views such as top view and side
view. The user can draw in any plane.
For me, I think it is not easy to use although there
is tutorial in the Autodesk. I believe that I will be very good in using it
because I learn and I practice.
Here is my first try...
Practice make perfect...O(∩_∩)O

Discovery of Leonardo da Vinci
Da
Vinci’s Machines: Giant Crossbow
发现达文西只机械篇:巨型十字弓
Da
Vinci was an Italian Renaissance polymath. He invented machines for human uses.
Giant crossbow was one of his great inventions.
Crossbow
was one of the famous machines used in war field. It is a gun style machine.
1480, Da Vinci interested to know more about the engineering so he decided to
make a giant crossbow. That time he was at Milan. He designed the giant
crossbow with four giant crossbows in a giant circle view. The top of the
machines look like a solar panel but actually it is a shield which uses to
protect the people whom walk outside of the machine. Da Vinci’s idea was the
four crossbows can be shoot out in a shorter time and able to hit the target.
The machines required human power to activate it.
With
the idea of Da Vinci, I have modified the machine with my own idea. I plan to
activate by using solar power. The color of the solar panel is black which is
able to absorb the sunlight. Then, the solar power will turn into kinetic
energy and make the crossbow able to be shooting out. The crossbow will be
shooting out in four directions. There is a small motor at the stage. It
functions as turning the solar energy into kinetic energy.
Here
are some of the pictures of my own giant crossbow.

Discovery of Leonardo da Vinci
Discovery

Da
Vinci’s Machines: Air Screw
发现达文西之机器篇:单螺旋桨
Da Vinci
was an Italian Renaissance polymath. He played several roles in
his life such as painter, sculptor, architect, musician, scientist, mathematician,
engineer, inventor, anatomist, geologist, cartographer, botanist and writer. Genius
is the best word can be used in described Da Vinci. He contributed a lot to
people. Some of the scientists and inventors are doing research based on his manuscript.
Do you
know that why helicopter can fly? The idea was from Da Vinci. In his mind, he
always thinks that one day people can fly like the bird. 1480, he sketched air
screw and try to make it fly. He failed to make it. In 1910, his sketch was
read by a young man. The man did research on it. Finally he managed to create
the air screw of the helicopter.
Based on the manuscript
of Da Vinci, he stated that the material for making the wings must be tough and
tensile and there will be no hole. In short, he was concerned about the types
of materials which being used.
There is a group of
experts did study on it. They try to make the air screw can be functioning via
the new technology and some lighter material in making the pillar and the wing.
There are six people involved in this mission. They are Terry Sandin, Dr
Jonathan Pevsner, Flash Hopkins, Valek Sykes, Bill Duggan and Juan. Terry is a mechanical
engineer who is the expert of electronic and small robot. Dr Jonathan is
Leonardo expert, Flash is a builder, Valek is special effects expert, Bill is a
carpenter and Juan is ultralight expert.
In short, Da Vinci was a
great people.
Based on my own
understanding, I think the problem is come from the design of the wing and the
size of the pillar. I think the numbers of the wings should be reduced. So the
mass of the wings can be reduced. That is just my own point of view.
Here are some of the
pictures of my own air screw.
